These terms cover use of the Squash website and related materials. Product use may also be governed by a signed customer agreement.

Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service are between you and Squash AI, Inc. They govern your access to and use of the Squash website, public materials, demo request flows, and related communications.
If you use Squash under a signed order form, master services agreement, data processing addendum, security addendum, or other written agreement, that signed agreement controls for the product services it covers.
Using the website
Accurate information
When you request a demo, contact us, or submit information, you agree to provide information that is accurate and that you are authorized to share.
No misuse
You may not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, overload the service, bypass security controls, or use the website for unlawful activity.
Security testing
Do not conduct security testing against Squash systems without written authorization from Squash.
Product services
Squash is built for MSP service operations and may connect to ticketing, identity, documentation, endpoint, communication, and other customer-authorized systems.
Customer authorization
Customers are responsible for authorizing integrations, assigning appropriate administrators, and ensuring they have the rights needed to connect customer systems to Squash.
Customer data
Customers keep ownership of their data. Squash processes customer data to provide, secure, support, and improve the service as described in the applicable agreement and privacy policy.
AI outputs
Squash may generate recommendations, plans, summaries, or actions. Customers remain responsible for their own operational decisions, approvals, and use of the service.
Intellectual property
Squash materials
The website, product, brand, designs, software, documentation, and other Squash materials are owned by Squash or its licensors.
Customer content
Customers retain their rights in customer data and content submitted to the service.
Feedback
If you provide ideas or feedback, Squash may use them without restriction or obligation.
Third-party services
Squash may integrate with third-party tools and platforms selected or authorized by customers. Those third-party services are governed by their own terms, policies, security practices, availability, and support commitments.
Disclaimers and limits
The public website and materials are provided for general information and may change over time. Product details, roadmap items, and availability may depend on customer configuration, integration availability, and signed agreement terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Squash disclaims warranties not expressly stated in a signed agreement and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from website use.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to these website terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless a signed customer agreement says otherwise for the services it covers.
